Apricot Mint Dessert

Large ripe apricots, rinsed and dried

1.5 cups Latta Kefir

4 tsp Honey

Mint twigs-for decoration

 

Chop apricots and remove seeds. Place into glasses. Into each glass put 1 tsp Honedy and pour in Latta Kefir. Cover and let stand overnight in room temperature. Place in refrigerator an hour before serving to cool. Decorate with a sprig of fresh mint.
