Our products contain zero thickeners, zero preservatives, and zero artificial ingredients or fillers. We just use real Amish Country milk and natural ingredients, combined in the heart of Pennsylvania Amish Country which ensures a natural, wholesome, and great tasting product from every batch.

Every single step counts in making Authentic Russian Kefir. We have chosen to keep the integrity of the traditional method rather than to capitalize on mass production.

Our microbatch approach begins with real rBst/BHT free milk from small farms, in Amish Country, PA. Throughout our proprietary process, the milk is cultured with a customized blend of live probiotic cultures which include S. Themophilus & S. Bulgaris to ensure a product with significantly less lactose. Each bottle and cup is filled and incubated individually, and closely kept under our watchful eye to ensure that the Kefir reaches specific quality and texture. By making our Kefir the way we do, disturbance to the cultures is minimized, the cultures thrive, and we are able to deliver a product we are proud of.

Studies are believed to show the benefits of live and active probiotics in maintaining healthy flora within the intestinal tract for digestive balance and in strengthening and enhancing the immune system. We are proud to provide you with live and active probiotics in a delicious form. We are also excited to introduce our 90% L. Acidophilus cultured Kefir, which is excellent for flora replenishment in maintaining upper and lower digestive system balance.

Acidophilus is recommended specifically for post-antibiotic and post-surgery use.
